Before you book a stop in Lima

Share your motorcycle brand, full model name, model year, current mileage and country of specification. Bikes sold under the same name can use different components across markets. Send known part numbers for filters, brake pads or other consumables when available.

Tell us your expected arrival date and when you need to continue traveling. Do not schedule a same-day departure on the assumption that every part will be in stock. Workshop availability, diagnosis and sourcing determine the work plan.

A useful maintenance record

• List recent work, fluids used and mileage at the last service.
• Describe symptoms separately from the parts you think need replacement.
• Mention modifications, extra electrical equipment, luggage and the usual load.
• Send clear photographs of the relevant part, label or visible issue. Avoid sharing identity or travel documents unless they are specifically needed for your transaction.

Agree on scope, cost and timing
